Your Support Matters

Mt. Baker is more than a place on the water—it’s where lives grow and communities connect. Youth build confidence and lasting friendships, and adults find calm, challenge, and belonging. As a public program, we’re committed to keeping these experiences accessible to all. Each year, our Annual Fund Campaign invites our community to help sustain the programs that make this mission possible.

Goals & Priorities

Scholarships

The demand for financial assistance surged in 2024 — more households became eligible for support across a wider range of income levels. Your donation will ensure that every participant, regardless of financial background, can join our programs in 2026.

Community Outreach

We’re committed to broadening access to our programs, especially for underserved communities. In July, for the third year in a row, we will co-host a Camp Lucy program with the George Pocock Rowing Foundation.

Equipment Renewal

To assure high-quality experiences for all our participants, the Boating Advisory Council is launching a multi-year plan to steadily replace aging equipment across all levels.

  • Mt. Baker isn’t just where I learned to row — it’s where I learned who I am. The water, the people, the early mornings… they’ve shaped me in ways I’ll carry forever.
