Youth Rowing

Overview Registration Details Coaches Parent Resources

Our Junior Crew program welcomes youth of all skill levels—from first-time rowers to athletes preparing for college competition. Through expert coaching, teamwork, and structured training, athletes build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of rowing. Our supportive community helps each rower grow both on and off the water—learning to lead, persevere, and thrive. With year-round programs including spring and fall racing, summer camps, and learn-to-row sessions, Mt. Baker Junior Crew is where growth begins and goals take shape.
