Ruby Batch

Ruby Batch is Mt. Baker Novice Girls Assistant Coach. She competed in junior crew with Los Gatos Rowing Club and was recruited to row at Seattle University. Ruby started her coaching career at Mt. Baker and continues to enjoy her time with the Novice Girls team. As a coach she is determined to foster a positive team environment that creates kind and competitive rowers.
